BONTERRA APARTMENTS

Our project started with building a library of photography that would influence viewers and provoke a sense of comfort & lifestyle reflective of Bonterra’s brand. We then strategically created content for social media posts and ads integrating the photography and brand elements. From creating social media profiles to driving strategic ad campaigns using A/B testing to improve overall awareness, our implementation built credibility by educating and influencing consumers about the lifestyle brand of Bonterra. Once the profiles and campaigns showed successful returns, we utilized Google analytics to get Bonterra added to the local apartment search map listing for the Fort Wayne area.

1. Spread Awareness in the Greater Fort Wayne Area

2. Target Potential Residents: Geo marketing people who have recently been in the Dupont Parkview Area Hospital as our center point + 10 miles radius
