BONTERRA APARTMENTS
Our proposal included building content through photography to establish social post and ads that would influence viewers and provokes a sense of comfort and lifestyle that reflects Bonterra’s brand. We setup an Instagram profile and established an image library on both Facebook and Instagram so viewers would view valuable content that built credibility by educating and influencing consumers about Bonterra. We then designed and ran three Facebook ads strategically using A/B testing to improve overall awareness. Along with the ads we added Bonterra to the local apartment Google search map listing for the Fort Wayne area.

2. Target Potential Residents: Geo marketing people who have recently been in the Dupont Parkview Area Hospital as our center point + 10 miles radius
